In this sektion you can find six types of licences for using of photographic material ( photos ). They differ from using of subjects, languages and from specialisation of their using. For each type of licence you can make a contract about its using with an exact specification and identification.

Each other using of photos- including their diffusion otherwise than in the contract ( a sale to the third person, uncompetent reapeted using of photo, etc. )- can not be in a conformity with the contract, you made. Study your contract carefuly or contact the owner. You avoid problems with the author and penal law, which result from an uncompetent handling with photos.

TYPE 1. - 1 pc of photo- the using "onetime" for a reproduction ( for example like one piece of hanging picture or one piece for web sides- czech or other language, etc. ) = 35 EUR.

TYPE 2. - 1 pc of photo-the using with an unlimited way, extent and expiration time ( in czech language- a calendar, a poster, a publication, a catalogue, invitation cards, etc. ) = 86 EUR.

TYPE 3. - From 10 pcs of photo - the using with an unlimited way, extent and expiration time ( in czech language- a calendar, a poster, a publication, a catalogur, invitation cards, etc. ) = 35 EUR / pc.

TYPE 4. - 1 pc of photo- the using with an unlimited way, extent and expiration time ( a foreign calendar, a poster, a publication, a catalogue, invitation cards, etc. ) = 103 EUR.

TYPE 5. - From 10 pcs of photo- the using with an unlimited way, extent and expiration time (a foreign calendar, a poster, a publication, a catalogue, invitation cards, etc. ) = 52 EUR / pc.

TYPE 6. - By materials used more languages, including czech, is right type 2 or type 3.

WARNING : A condition for making a contract is giving one copy of final product published in points 2nd- 5th ( charged or free of charge ) for the owners archives.

PROCESS : The copy of choosed photo/photos, which you choose in the pictures gallery "Oldphoto.info", send together with an application about a choosed service and together with yours contact data to our e-mail( the contact in menu ) and you recieve imediately a project of a contract about using and diffusion of a work (pictures material).

GENERAL INFORMATIONS : The pictures gallery of original and yet unpublicated photos "Oldhoto.info" is the uncommercial and unprofitable project with the educative wiew. The profit from the photobank, reproservice and online shop is exclusive used for a purchase of new pictures and documentary materials and for paying of this domain and webhosting services.
